PRMG’s Fast Pass Approval allows new Wholesale TPO partners to quickly access systems by submitting a partial application without needing a full broker package upfront. While your broker approval is still in progress, you’ll have full access to LEO for submitting loans, ordering appraisals, disclosing, and underwriting.* This streamlined option gets your loan into the system faster—helping you avoid delays and close sooner.
*This option is available to new brokers only and requires AE recommendation. It does not apply to deactivated or renewing TPO accounts. PRMG will not send closing documents or fund any loan until full approval is completed in Partner 360 Alliance.
